Alex Finberg was Awarded a Find a Maker membership as part of a prize from Making It Exhibition at @makesouthwest in January 2023. The other part of the prize was that I had the pleasure of being Alex's mentor for a year, which turned into 18 months. ⁠

In the time that we worked together Alex took part in Craft Festival Bovey Tracey twice and I am super proud to announce that his book, "Spoon Carving, from Log to Spoon" is published TODAY! Many congratulations Alex.
