I make nature inspired wire and paper sculpture. My pieces are constructed from wire, paper mache and pages from books with relevant text entwined into the work. I use ink and acrylic paints to add colour, life and vibrancy to the pieces created. I aim to capture mood, detail and momentary expression within the work I create. I use mainly repurposed, recycled and reclaimed materials with the intention to bring an environmental focus to my work. I believe using these materials helps to add a sense of story and depth to the pieces.
