I create unique contemporary pieces that are bold and robust, defined by shape, texture and simplicity. My jewellery is instantly recognisable for its confident contrast with the soft curves of the human body. I favour clean lines, angles and strong three-dimensional forms, producing pieces that feel both architectural and wearable. Originally from Saltash in Cornwall, my jewellery-making has developed alongside a long career as a touring classical musician.
Agate holds a particular fascination for me. I work with these ethically sourced, vibrant stones whose natural colour and individuality bring depth and energy to each design. Their unpredictability sits in dialogue with the precision of silver, creating work that balances strength with refinement - each one a picture in its own right.
Over the years I have exhibited and sold my jewellery at venues including the Chelsea Craft Fair and Glyndebourne Festival Opera, where I show and sell my work each season. I was also honoured to have a necklace selected for exhibition at Goldsmiths’ Hall in London.
