Shibori techniques binding found and unusual objects into fabric creating unique items such as brooches and sculptures.
Pieces also made from vintage Japanese textiles. Hand dyeing with natural and synthetic dyes as well us a special interest in indigo.
I am the UK representative for World Shibori Network Foundation networking with other artists, artisans, designers, manufacturers, and with a special interest in developing the Shibori study centre at Resist Gallery/Studio in Llantrisant.
