Taking inspiration from my natural surroundings, I relish creating one-off pieces to be used and enjoyed around the home. I am intrigued by the possibilities of ceramic surface decoration and use a mixture of stoneware and home-dug, iron-rich clay, which adds texture and patina to the forms and glazes.
